Hiring Margaux and the I Do Weddings team was one of the hands down BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We came out of the wedding day and planning process with not only a flawlessly executed wedding, but an amazing friend as well. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, there is truly no one better than I Do Weddings!

Leading up to the wedding, Margaux was always available via email in a timely manner to answer any quick questions. About 6 weeks out from the wedding, she sent over a detailed questionnaire and master list of decor and details to fill out before our initial planning discussion about 4-5 weeks out. During the call, we talked through every minute and detail of the day, and got all of our questions answered. She also managed all communication with our vendor team to ensure everyone had the details and timeline of when to arrive and where.

On the day of the wedding, Margaux and Julia were at the venue right when it opened to start getting oriented with the space and the decor that needed to be set up. The entire I Do Weddings team was constantly in communication to ensure the flow of events ran on schedule - I truly didn't have to lift a finger and everything was executed flawlessly. On top of that, they brought us drinks and appetizers immediately following the ceremony, which we so appreciated.

At the end of the night, they helped the catering team organize the rentals, packed our decor, and helped to close up with the venue. I cannot thank Margaux and Julia enough for the incredible day!!

We loved working with Margaux! We hired her as our day of coordinator but truly she did so much more than just day of. The entire month before the wedding she handled communication with vendors and helped us create a detailed timeline. On the day of she was a huge help keeping things organized. I also loved all of the behind the scenes pictures and videos that she took!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Margaux and her team at I Do Weddings Best!  From the very beginning, they were so nice to work with; responsive, organized, and genuinely caring.  Communication was always clear and easy, which made the planning of the timeline and all the details leading up to the big day so much less stressful. Julia and Isabel on Margaux's team even went out of their way to help us with the rehearsal as well.  On the day of our wedding, Margaux and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us, our guests, and our vendors.  We were truly able to fully enjoy our special day thanks to them!

We made the right decision in having the I Do Weddings team help us execute our wedding day. We hired their services for Day Of Coordination but really, it felt like Margaux (our lead coordinator) was available for quick and simple questions along the way which was great since wedding planning can bring a lot of unknowns.
Since our intro call, we could tell that Margaux was invested in the details and ensuring our day ran smoothly! It was an amazing feeling once I left the bridal suite after putting my dress on to see how the room came together with the support of her team and our floral vendor. In addition, we appreciated that Margaux and her team kept checking with us to make sure things were going as expected, and also having some apps and our drinks ready for us in the bridal suite after our ceremony.
The assistant coordinator, Juan, was SO helpful in helping translate questions from our Banda and/or Mariachi and also we appreciate that he was willing to hang up paper flags we wanted in the ceiling.

Margaux and the team at I Do Weddings & Special Events were the best decision we made for our wedding day. After having a bumpy road wedding planning, Margaux and her team came in to save the day with just over 2 weeks until my wedding. I could not believe how quickly they were able to jump in and connect with vendors, ask questions about my wedding I have never even thought of, gave the best advice, and were constantly available to me for last minute questions and phone calls.  On the wedding day itself, Margaux made sure my day was all re-focused on me and my husband during crazy times while also checking in throughout the wedding to ensure all our needs and expectations were being met. As a type A bride, I could not have asked for a better match to run my wedding so we could actually enjoy ourselves. I am so thankful for all the hard work Margaux and Juan put in for us. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

I'm so happy I decided to choose Margaux with I Do Weddings Best as our day-of wedding coordinator. From our first conversation, I could tell Margaux was genuinely excited to be involved and that she knew what she was doing. This felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was very firm in that I wanted our small, family-only wedding to be as hands-off for them as possible so that they (and us!) could take in and enjoy the day. Margaux 100% delivered. Her process was efficient and covered all the day's details well in advance to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible. I am so impressed with her ability to see my vision and set up the space exactly how I had pictured it. Margaux and the I Do wedding team were a great asset to have on our special day! Leading up to our event, Margaux was extremely helpful in having us determine a timeline for our day and help organize the moments that we really wanted in that timeline. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding, which was very stressful for us as a couple and difficult to time to navigate with all of the changes along with it. Margaux was extremely understanding and always available for a call or conversation to ensure everything would be managed flawlessly on the day!


On the day of, Margaux and her team were extremely attentive to us. They were very helpful from the very start of our ceremony all the way through the end of the night. if there was a problem or issue, and we needed help with some thing, they were immediate to react and get it resolved. Margaux is also very skilled at getting attention of larger groups, such as our bridal party. I would recommend anyone having Margaux and her team help for their wedding! They are also a great, affordable option, when wedding planners can be very expensive in the industry.

I want to start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you did for me and Ryan. I don't think I would have enjoyed the day as much as I did if you weren't there. I spent a lot of time leading up to the wedding worried that we wouldn't remember anything or get to pause and enjoy the evening and you made it possible to do so. Everything from checking in weeks before, knowing every small detail that I forgot about, setting the room, getting everyone wrangled, keeping the timeline moving along, packing everything up (!!!). Leaving at the end of the night was much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. You made it possible for our moms to stop stressing and enjoy the day. It was just all around, unbelievably, a perfect night and you had so much to do with that. I don't have a negative thing to say, truly.

I can confidently say that our wedding day would not have felt like such a great success without Margaux and IDO. We simply cannot imagine getting through the planning and day without her! From the very first meeting, she made us feel confident in our decision to hire her. She led every single detail and plan with grace and ease, consistently ensured we felt like we were on the same page, and maintained a level of responsiveness that was unmatched across our experiences working in the wedding industry. Unlike some other vendors we had considered, Margaux always made us feel like any choice we made was 100% OUR decision to make, and that she would do anything to make our vision come to life! She went above and beyond her role as our day of coordinator to help us complete some last minute things on our to-do list, and did so without hesitation. As a bride in the last months leading up to the wedding date, I cannot emphasize enough how reassuring it felt to know Margaux had our back at any given moment. Even when a few minor details (beyond anyone's control) fell off course, Margaux stayed on top to ensure we'd run back on track and communicated to us with kindness in the moment. In working through the details of our wedding day, we quickly built a solid relationship and level of trust that made our experience feel like we were working with a great, trustworthy friend. I recently got married in April 23' and had the pleasure of working with Margaux for my big day. From the initial meeting to the end of the wedding night, she went above and beyond to make sure my day was everything I dreamed of. She took the time to really listen to my vision and made it come to life flawlessly. She was very organized and helped create a timeline that ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Her attention to detail is impeccable, from setting up all the DIY decor to packing everything up after the reception, she truly helped alleviate any stress I had. We are very thankful for Margaux’s help as a day-of-coordinator. She stepped in immediately with planning our wedding when our original wedding planner fell through less than a month before our wedding. Some may believe that everything happens for a reason and we are so glad we found her. Without her, we don’t think our wedding day would have gone as smoothly as it did. As the bride, I appreciated that she had my back at any given moment and I trusted her to make the right decisions. From day one, we could tell that she was very organized, a “go-getter”, made us feel at ease, and made us feel like we were in great hands. Before the wedding she recommended and coordinated with all of our vendors, helped construct our day of timeline, and answered any questions that I had regarding wedding logistics. Throughout the whole process she was very communicative and responsive to all emails/texts. The day of our wedding, Margaux and her assistant Julia helped set up all my wedding decor, kept me updated on how the wedding setup was going throughout the whole day, gathered everyone up to line up for the ceremony, stuck to the timeline, and eased my nerves. She even helped me bustle my wedding dress. All in all, we are forever grateful for the experience we had working with Margaux. We will be recommending her services to all of our friends. We had a beautiful and fun wedding and 100% could not have done it without her help :)

Sara truly helped in making our wedding day the most special! Planning a wedding through the uncertainty of the pandemic was tough, but Sara helped us stay calm and reassured us our day would be perfect. She anticipated our needs through planning and day of execution. Sara has a get things done attitude! She was professional while remaining warm and welcoming to our guests, bridal party, and vendors. Our day would not have been the same without Sara, I can’t recommend her enough!

 I can’t say enough good things about Margaux. We hired her as our day of coordinator for our post elopement reception party. From our initial meeting, she was attentive and helpful. She gave us ideas on what would work best for our day and executed it beautifully. Leading up to our event, Margaux was so responsive and continued to assure our day would be everything we wanted- and it was! The room looked absolutely gorgeous. Throughout the night Margaux so attentive to my husband and I. Continuously checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We also received many compliments from our guests of how kind and sweet she was and what a nice job she did. I would recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat!

We had the pleasure of working with Margaux as our day of coordinator for our wedding in August of 2023. From the beginning of the process, she was warm and enthusiastic about working with us and helping to plan the details of our big day! Whenever we had questions she was quick to respond via email, or to set up a Zoom meeting, and she eased so many of our worries!  In addition to setting up on the day of the event, she gave us ideas, walked us through wedding etiquette, and shared ideas that she knew we would enjoy.  She also planned and purchased the materials for a snack bar idea that we had, and really made our vision come to life. Her timelines were very helpful, especially for getting all of our vendors on the same page, and we can't imagine having done this all without her! Thank you Margaux!!!

John and I can't thank you enough for being such a big part of our day. Your attention to detail and organization is what helped make the day go as smoothly as it did. I think the timeline of when you scheduled our "check in" call's was perfect as it allowed for updates and nothing slipped through the cracks. You also offered great suggestions and reminders throughout each part of the day that we were able to incorporate that we may have not thought of otherwise.
