COMPLETE PLANNING:

Full Planning is our most extensive planning service, covering both the practicalities of planning and full design and style. From the moment you're engaged, we'll work with you to create a clear and unified vision for your wedding day, keeping track of to-do lists and details along the way. There is complete vendor communication included.

PARTIAL PLANNING:

For the couple that might need a little help with finding last-minute vendors! Or you just need an expert's advice on an idea you want to make happen but you don't know where to start. We can help you pick up the planning process and get the ball rolling to make your dream day a reality! With this, you get our advice on vendors you still need to book, confirm details with all the vendors you have already booked, and give you input on any final decisions, with anything else that might come up.

COORDINATION FOR THE DAY:

We will be in contact with you four weeks prior to your wedding day to go over all vendor information, develop your detailed customized timeline, and go over all logistics. This package includes 10 hours the day of your wedding. On the big day, we are the point person for everyone who is attending (including vendors.) Our team will be present to oversee that vendors are setting up per your vision. We will be able to assist with any other minimal decor that you may have.

Planning services:

IDO Weddings & Events entire event planning services cover any and all events, so you don't have to be getting married to use our services!
